I currently switched from Comodo without Defense + enabled to PC Tools Firewall. Im looking for another very light, faster, and easy to use firewall. I did like Rising Firewall. It was very easy, had enough features, and had a very stream lined interface that I was looking for. Unfortunately it wasnt working so well with Win 7 x64.

Any others that are just at good at protection without being annoying?
Any others have a user interface that is as easy and straight forward?
Any others have ARP, SPI, etc detection?
Any others have the ability to stealth ports that arent used?

I have checked Matousec, but it doesnt give the answers Im looking for.

No thanks. I know the old myth about it not having outbound protection. I know that it was debunked in Win Vista with advanced settings. I still cant trust it.

That myth was true for Windows XP Firewall only. Both Windows Vista and Windows 7 firewalls have outbound protection. By default outbound is set to Allow all. You need to configure Windows firewall properly to use that feature

Read this how to configure outbound protection in Windows 7 : http://www.pcterritory.net/2009/08/enable-...tection-in.html
