Hi everyone, I'm very new to this site but I really need help and hope one of you can help. I am running a Dell computer with Windows XP and the most recent "Office Suite" student version. I live in Chugiak, AK about 27 miles from where our former Governor Sarah Palin lives in Wasilla. I love Alaska and after visiting all over the western and much of the midwest states this is where we will always call home.
Now for my problems, I went to open some old fax files from last March and found out many of them are now listed as "NeroShowTime.Files7.dat" and I can't view them. A program called "Nero" something was on my computer for just a few hours and I thought it was completely uninstalled. I need these fax images, how do I get them to view. I tried to open them with Windows picture viewer as the others all are and it just shows a blank page. Can anyone help me? PLEASE? :flowers:

Try running the Nero CleanTool which is an official Nero utility to help sanitize a system of all the detritus that Nero always sprays all over the gubbins of Windows.
