Both computers are connect to my wired network, and when i connect my laptop to my desktop i want it to have access to my broadband modem & the server on the wired network. The Broadband modem supplies the ip's. My system info is below:

Laptop:

The network wizard in SP2 should be able to set up networking between the two computers.

WinXP Home can not join a Domain, that is 1 feature added to XP Pro.

The Desktop System is XP Pro, Its Joined 2 A NT4 Server Domain. Anyway, I Used The Wireless Network Setup Wizard And Used My USB Drive To Add The XP Home Laptop & The XP Pro Desktop. When The Wizard Completed The Network Wasnt Detected By Either Computers. In Other Words I Want The Desktop System To Act As A Router Between The Wired Network With the server/broadband & the wireless network between the laptop & the desktop.

I Found a feature called network bridge - would that do anything??

Well milzee I must not be understanding the setup, but that doesn't surprise me.

You will receive a better answer from someone with more networking knowledge then I have.

Post this question to the networking pro's.
