I have received a small CD about 3" in Diameter from gov/office, . .

Please tell me what I am suppose to do with it ????

How can I access it ??

It should play in a standard CD player.

If you look at the drive tray you will see a smaller recess within the normal one. The 3" should drop right in and play.
