My computer won't start up at all. At first, it was just getting slower and slower with a popup of a virus protection that I had never seen (and don't think I have). Now it is so bad it won't start at all. It gives a couple of errors at startup and then loops back to the very beginning of startup again. It never gets to windows. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
