Latest publicly released service packs:

Windows XP 32bit ===> SP3
Windows XP 64bit ===> SP2
Windows Vista 32bit/64bit ===> SP2

There are rumors that Microsoft has started to work on Vista SP3 but Microsoft has not given slightest hint about it yet.
