why won't my laptop work?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around

I know, but what do you think of the hardware specs. Is it worth the price?

I'd say its worth the price, minus the refurbished part. If you're willing to take the chance and it comes out working well, then its worth it.

really does depend, if it comes with very short warranty. you could realise that after its expiration things start to fail but if it was brand new it would last alot longer, depends on its condition in the first place.
