Today I started noticing that comodo has been blocking certain outgoing UDP connections to a few IP's. Also, svchost.exe is connecting to a strange IP that I believe are in mexico (I live there as well). This started happening randomly today and I've scanned with comodo and MBAM, but they both found nothing. I am connected to a network with 2 computers on it, including mine. I'm thinking that other computer is affecting my connections some how.

Here's a screenshot, so you can see these IP addresses.

A virus or a windows complication? Who knows.

EDIT: After googling a few things, I found out that the addresses that svchost.exe is connecting to are actually DNS servers from my ISP (no wonder whenever I blocked them I couldn't browse the internet). Is it normal for it to appear there though?
