I am writing this from my other computer. My Vostro 1500 XP running Service Pack 2 is heavily infected. Most of the time it freezes during startup, or during safe mode startup. Out of the three times I got it started I saw Total Security runnning and then install to the desktop. When I boot in safe mode it loads to the destop almost with safe mode in all 4 corners and the screen is black. Somehow I got it running in reg. mode via last known good config. and actually downloaded Malware Anti-Malware bytes. Before I could run it, IE browser windows kept popping up which I couldn't keep up with. Thus, I had to restart. I even got to system restore once, but it froze on me before I could access it. Please help!

I believe I was able one to run AVG 8.5 command promt in safemode and I saw a cryptor delete before my computer froze. Aloze certain files were locked and not tested.

More Info:
Windows XP Home Edition
Version 2002 Service Pack 2

Dell Vostro 1500
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU
T7100 @ 1.80 GHz
1.79 GHz, 2.00 GB of RAM

NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT

Through safe mode:
Administrator: Loaded to Black Screen, No Icons, No Start Menu
Profile Alisha: Loaded to Black Screen, No Icons, No Start Menu
Profile Dustin: Stuck on loading account, it didn't even make it to loading personal settings

Through directory services restore mode: checking file system on C: the system is clear
Profile Alisha: Loaded with internet access, clicked no to restore mode, it claimed I had no system restore points even though I have restore points set to Max
Something downloaded called Security Protection, which I tried to stop a few times. A Rootkit.Win32.Agent.pp Middle Risk Appeared, then a Virus.Win32.Hala.a Middle Risk appeared. My computer went to not responding and froze.

Profile Dustin: Stuck on Loading your personal settings.

wscsvc32.exe is my problem

Also windows police pro just got installed.
