I tried different programs such as seagate,Macrium, and Paragon.
It would begin to analyze the drive and then stall. I had backed up this computer previously
without any trouble. I had backed up my other computers in the last few days
without incident. I ran ckkdsk,defragged,removed system restore files,ran av programs,
removed files from 8 % capacity free to 30 % capacity free. Seagate didn't even give me the
disc wizard option like my other computers did as the backup drive is a seagate that I am backing
up the files to from my C drive. I have 1 gig memory, a lot of program files, and a lot of other files
so the computer is definitely sluggish. Any possible aspect that I have overlooked? XPsp3 and and
updates up to date.Ran ccleanner advanced system care, etc.

Will my backup be compromised? I was going to eventually start from scratch but do I have
a choice? {:}
