I have an HP G60 running Vista Home Premium 32bit infected with win32/cryptor. AVG detects but does not remove; AntiMalWareBytes ran after renaming the application but only to a point where it locks up. Was instructed on a different forum to download and run ComboFix. I downloaded, had to rename in order to run but it did run, detected and deleted the infected files and registry keys. I now have an issue with internet connectivity. I have followed the instructions in the user guide and have come to the point of being directed here. Any help?
