Protection System / Total Security Infection

Hello

My laptop is infected with Protection System and Total Security malware.

I have been able to run ComboFix and Malwarebytes and things are much better but not sure that is all I need to do?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Windows XP Professional on a network.
