EXE will not run after Malwarebytes cleanup

I was able to get this computer to work properly. I renamed Desot.exe in both windows directory and prefetch. Rebooted. Installed MalwareBytes. Ran a scan and found 26 objects. Removed all of them and rebooted and now all functions of the computer are working.
