Hi, Caliroo here. This is my first time here as a member. I found the site when doing a Google search for info on my mobo and how much memory it would take. Lot's of good info here, plus I may be able to help someone else as well so I joined up.

I run two computers at home (Northern California, USA). Ones a Compaq Presario C500 laptop with Windows Vista and the other is a Dell Dimension 8100 desktop which runs Linux Mint.

I'm pretty proud of myself, as I just got them both talking to each other (file sharing) on a home network  Next is to see if I can print through the Linux computer using my laptop wireless connection. I love tinkering with computers!
