I have just got a Logitech Wave keyboard and mouse combo laser. I installed every thing and turned on the computer. The mouse worked and the keyboard would type; so far so good. Down loaded off the C/D that came with it and did as it instructed. Now neither work but my M/S cordless mouse and keyboard still do. Got update from Logetech site and installed, no help. Went to Logitech site again and did every thing I could find to solve this problem, no help. Used add/remove and got rid of Logitech. Now the keyboard and mouse work with the exceptions of the special buttons; I'm unable to program them because there is no program. I'm using the Logitech keyboard and mouse now. Used the search function and removed every thing Logitec.

Operating system?

If it is Vista I do not believe the software for the special buttons is supported.

Sorry for not posting the system. XP-PRO-SP3. On the box it came in it is printed for XP, VISTA, and Mac.

If THIS is the right combo then the latest Setpoint software is probably what you need.

Compare the vers. on your CD to the one available on the site.

There is nothing on the box it came in that indicates Pro. Just Cordless Desktop Wave. I have down loaded setgpoint480.exe and it doesn't work. Stops all functions of the keyboard and mouse.

Unless another Wave user comes along I would suggest posting HERE.

Do not see any other software on the site for the Wave.
