My computer has been running slow for about a month now, it takes 30 min or so to start up, and somtimes won't even open web pages.

I ran MBAM in safe mode, found nothing, restarted it, and now I can't get my computer past the log in screen until like 30 min had passed, then the screen goes black with just the mouse and it doesn't go to the main desktop for hours until I finally have to shut it off.

Try running a full scan in regular mode.

There are several other tips concerning regular maintenance. Did you go through and perform any of them?

You have your OS listed as Vista SP3 ?
