I'm getting the NT Authority Shutdown in 60 seconds error when I boot up. I can get into safe mode to run but the virus is blocking what appears to be all of the major malware error detection software, including mbam, superantispyware and spybot. Have tried the renaming of these programs with fresh download, with no luck in getting them to run. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
