Every time the computer turns on and I sign on to 1 of 2 profiles it acts like it's the first time I turn on the computer after installing Windows XP. The other profile has no problems. The problem profile also had all the Outlook mailbox files removed from the C: drive (pst file). HELP!!!

If you have multiple users/profiles...and 1 works properly while the other doesn't...I would have to guess that the one viewed as problematical is damaged.

You can overcome that by creating a new profile and transferring the settings from the possibly damaged to the new.
