in reference to a post you replied to - USING FIREFOX - 7/19/05 - you gave a link for pipelining to speed up Firefox. i followed the directions to-a-tee - but there were only 3 entries instead of the four shown. the second entry ( network.http.pipilining.firstquest - false ) was not there . so i didn't do anything until i asked you about it. actually i'm new to firefox and want to get it set-up as best as possible - so i'll wait for your reply before i do anything. thanks, Keith

In the Pipelining thread, the 8th post down, by Raw:

After digging around I have found that the Windows version does NOT have the "FirstRequest" setting in about:config. So just set the other three and enjoy!

Don't worry about it not being there, just change the 3 you have.
I don't have network.http.pipilining.firstquest, either.

Read the whole thread.
There's some good information in it.
