Hello Juviel,

This computer is quite a mess. I see a nasty nail.exe infection, CWS and several others. Looks like you hit the malware jackpot.

This will take several steps to remove. :flowers:

Download this tool called Cwshredder, do not run it until later
http://cwshredder.net/bin/CWShredder.exe

Please also download About:Buster from here do not run it until later
http://www.downloads.subratam.org/AboutBuster.zip

Once it is downloaded extract it to
C:\aboutbuster. Run it just long enough to make sure it is fully updated, then close it. We will be using it later.

How to see hidden files and folders
http://www.xtra.co.nz/help/0,,4155-1916458,00.html

1. Download LSPFix from:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/spyware/lspfix.zip
2. Once LSP-Fix is downloaded, extract the file to c:\lspfix.
3. Close all windows on your computer.
4. Navigate to c:\lspfix and run the lspfix.exe program.
5. Put a checkmark in the I know what I'm doing checkbox.
6. Now move all instances of "flsmngr.dll" into the remove section by clicking on the button that points to the right (>>). Make sure that you ONLY move the particular files above!
7. Press the finish button.

Reboot into Safe Mode, you can do this by restarting your computer, then contiunally tapping F8 until a menu appears.
Use your up arrow key to highlight Safe Mode

Then run Cwshredder you downloaded earlier and let it fix what it finds

Navigate to the c:\aboutbuster directory and double-click on aboutbuster.exe
When the tool is open press the OK button, then the Start button, then the OK button, and then finally the Yes button. It will start scanning your computer for files.
If it asks if you would like to do a second pass, allow it to do so.

Occasionally a DOS box may appear asking your permission to delete some files in temporary Windows directories. You must accept the deletion of these to be sure of properly removing the malware!

**********************************************

Reboot your computer to noraml mode.

Download L2mfix from one of these two locations:
L2mfix
http://www.atribune.org/downloads/l2mfix.exe
http://www.downloads.subratam.org/l2mfix.exe

Save the file to your desktop and double click l2mfix.exe.
Click the Install button to extract the files and follow the prompts, then open the newly added l2mfix folder on your desktop.

Double click l2mfix.bat and select option #1 for Run Find Log by typing 1 and then pressing enter.

This will scan your computer and it may appear nothing is happening, then, after a minute or 2, notepad will open with a log.

Copy the contents of that log and paste it into this thread.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run option #2 OR any other files in the l2mfix folder until you are asked to do so!

Reboot and post a new Hijackthis log and L2mfix log.

Hello Juviel,

We are making progress, but still have a long ways to go to clean up this computer.

Close any programs you have open since this step requires a reboot.

From the l2mfix folder on your desktop, double click l2mfix.bat and select option #2 for Run Fix by typing 2 and then pressing enter, then press any key to reboot your computer.

After a reboot, your desktop and icons will appear, then disappear (this is normal). L2mfix will continue to scan your computer and when it's finished, notepad will open with a log.

Copy the contents of that log and paste it back into this thread, along with a new hijackthis log.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run any other files in the l2mfix folder until you are asked to do so!

I am not really concerned with Psguard, as that is the least of your worries. You have so many malware on your computer you are lucky to even be running.

How did you get the L2MFIX find log you just posted?
It looks like you ran L2MFIX again, and posted the log, as it did not find or delete anything on this version of the log. I cant tell anything from the L2MFIX log you posted :flowers:

Please tell me when you cant find a log or program I ask for, as that is vital to getting your computer running normally. Do not bypass any steps or the fix will not work. If in doubt, stop and ask me.

****************************************************

Disable SpybotSD TeaTimer as that will prevent registry changes.
This site will show you how to disable it:
http://russelltexas.com/malware/teatimer.htm

After we have your computer clean then you can enable it.

****************************************************

Please download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
Install it, and update the definitions to the newest files. Do NOT run a scan yet.

Please download Nailfix from here:
http://www.noidea.us/easyfile/file.php?dow...050515010747824
Unzip it to the desktop but please do NOT run it yet.

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following:
1) Restart your computer
2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.

For additional help in booting into Safe Mode, see the following site:
http://www.pchell.com/support/safemode.shtml

Once in Safe Mode, please double-click on Nailfix.cmd.
Your desktop and icons will disappear and reappear, and a window should open and close very quickly --- this is normal.

Then please run Ewido, and run a full scan.

Save the logfile from the scan.

*********************************

Next please run HijackThis, click Scan, and check:

Hi Juviel,

Let's empty the temp files:

Download CCleaner and install it. (default location is best).
Select the Windows Tab, Run CCleaner ,(click Run Cleaner (bottom right) then, when it finishes scanning click Exit.)
When you see "Complete" on the top line, it's done. It's very fast.

I recommend that you DO NOT run anything under the Issues Tab and the Applications Tab. To prevent accidently running the Issues Tab and Applicatons tabs, clear all check boxes are under them.

You forgot to post a fresh Hijackthis log.
