Hi

I have a Toshiba L350, and over the last few weeks sometimes my laptop touchpad goes completely mad, and has a mind of its own.
I've tried loads of things to fix this, including trying different drivers, trying different settings and checking the connections were fine internally.

I've come to the conclusion (I think) that it's a fault with the touchpad itself, and it needs replaced.
The problem is, I don't know where to look - or what to look for (model number of touchpad etc)

It's a Synaptics touchpad just now, but It doesn't need to be replaced with a synaptics one - aslong as it fits and it's compatible.

thanks in advance

EDIT: Moved to more appropriate forum
