This started yesterday with one pop up for Windows Antivirus Pro. I was going to use Malware bytes to scan but it wasn't allowing me to open any programs. I ended up renaming the Windows Antivirus folder so it wouldn't start and it was fine for a few hours. Now I have alot of pop ups, baloons in the bottom right, and as I said task man, reg edit, and folder options are all locked out. The occasional PC Antivirus 2010 popup occurs and I just close it with the red x. I still have access to the Security Task Manager so I can do certian things from that.

Here is the best part of this situation. Almost every program I try to run (especially ANY scanners) will run for a short amount of time then unexpectedly close. Once the program has been mysteriously shut down every time you try to open it you get an error saying "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You man not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." , or more commonly nothing at all even happens when you click on the program.

Even better is that it also happens in Safe Mode.

I can't get it to open or scan with HJT either since it closes by itself.

Where on Earth do I start???

Thanks!!!
