Help me to get Rid of this Problem

Sir,
I am severly needing help for my laptop.

Well from several days I am facing one problem

According to that problem when I try to install any of the antivirus software I couldnt install it as it blinks the screen of installation and then goes out automatically and thus I cannot install the antivirus software
Well thats not all I cannot even install CCleaner type of software too it also blinks and goes out.

And there is more I have my softwares installed in Program files they deteriorate automatically
Like Netbeans , JCreator their files automatically gets deleted and thus causing a big infection
well After a lot of trouble I installed NOD32 .. but it detected each and every file as a virus and created a lot of trouble.

I still made format to my C: drive but the problem still persist
I still cannot find any way out.
Please help me as soon as possible
because I am facing this problem since more than a month.

What was the name of the malware threat/virus it detected? Sounds like a polymorphic file infector.

I still made format to my C: drive but the problem still persist

Please clarify. Do you mean you may reformat or that you already tried and the problem is still there? If you alread reformatted, exactly how did you do that?

well i reformatted it many a times my c drive ..

but the problem still persist.
well to make it more clear
i also tried .. to install antivirus just after windows installation of windows on c drive after formatting it.

i tried to format with quick format FAT32 n quick format ntfs too

but it didnt helped me
well i didnt touched any of the other drives after installation of my windows xp. becoz i decided dat untill i install the antivirus software i wont open any drives or folders ...
so i used to connect to net n download d antivurs software
but still d problem persist
n atlast i cant install the same

You need to wipe your drive, reformat, and performing a clean install of the OS which removes everything and is the safest action.
