Hey guys i need some help...I uninstalled VS2010 and .NET v 4...everytime i run an app that requires the .NET framework i get an error saying
"This application has failed to start because MSVCR100.dll was not found..and then
%WINDIR%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.20506\mscoreei.dll could not be loaded..Any help or suggestion would be appreciated thanks.

I attached a screenshot of the Messagebox errors when i tried to run GTA IV

Some applications need MS.NET...I suggest you reinstall the latest version and see if there is any change.

i try to re-install but i keep getting the same error over and over again.

I'm not sure what RGSCLauncher.exe is...but it looks to be connected to torrents, which (IMO) means that the users have no idea what it is and it could be malware.

No its not .

RGSCLauncher.exe means Rockstar Games Social Club, installed when you install Grand Theft Auto IV...it requires .NET to be installed, and every any other program tha requires it, when the error shows up, the MessageBox title is set to its process' name...and by the way i solved it i just used the same XP CD and re-installed it as an update.

From what I read, Grand Theft Auto is not the only application/game which uses a file titled thusly...it's just one of several.
