HI HOW R U, I HAVE A HP PAVILION MEDIA CENTER PC WITH INTEL PENTIUM 4 POCESSOR 2.66GHZ AND DVD+RW/CD-RW DRIVE BRAND/MODELL 864N I GOT IT IN NOVEMBER OF 2001 I NEVER REALLY HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT UNTIL NOW.

I LOVE MY COMPUTER IT ALWAYS BEEN GOOD FOR WHAT I NEED IT FOR.


AUGUST 23 2009 SUNDAY

I WANT TO A SITE AND IT GAVE ME SOME VIRUS I DIDNT HAVE A STRONG ANTIVIRUS ON MY COMPUTER TO BEGIN WITH
IT STARTED WITH PC ANTISPYWARE 2010 AND OTHER VIRUS. IT SLOW DONT MY COMPUTER AND WOULD RESTART IT I THINK IT ALSO GAVE ME TROJAN VIRUS AS WELL. I COULDNT PUT MY COMPUTER ON SAFE MODE AND I COULDNT DO SYSTEM RECOVERY IT LOCK ME OUT. NOW MONDAY WHEN I TRY TO PUT MY COMPUTER ON BECAUSE I GOT SOFTWARE TO TRY TO GET RID OF THE ANTISPYWARE VIRUS FROM YOUR SITE, IT DOESNT LET ME BOOT UP IT A BLACK SCREEN IT DOESNT LET ME GO ANYWHERE I TRY TURNING ON AND OFF A LOT BUT IT STOP AT A BLACK SCREEN HOW CAN I FIX IT IF I CANT GET IT ON PLEASE HELP ME.

Hi,

Can't you also boot into safe mode?
