need help with rundll32

Buffer overrun detected!

Program: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\rundll32.exe

A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the program's
internal state. The program cannot safely continue execution and must
now be terminated.

Not to bump on old thread or anything, but I believe this issue is directly related to a Look2Me infection.
