Problem with Trend Micro - Please Help!

Hey guys, I'm hoping you can help me with this. I have Trend Micro Internet Security and I'm experiencing a problem. When I open the console I get a message: "Your Unauthorized Change Prevention Service has shut down" basically telling me to restart to fix the problem. The problem is I started running a scan and the scan won't progress past 63% and has been stuck there for like 3 hrs. Also I haven't been able to view any scan logs. I ran a Hijackthis report to see if there is something there.

I fixed the problem by contacting Trend Micro tech support. The gave me a hot fix to download and the problem was resolved. You can close this case, Thanks.
