When I start my PC and use it after some time(not specific) it shows dark blue screen and then my PC restarts itself. Help me to get rid of this as my lots of work get lost.

The first thing to do is to stop the automatic restarts, once this is done you will get an error message which will help us to understand what the problem is. To stop the restarts go to Start> right click on My Computer> Advanced> Startup and Recovery. Under System Failure remove the check mark in the Automatically Restart box.

Please post back with the exact error message.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

Technical description of error message:

0x000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
The system attempted to access pageable memory using a kernel process IRQL that was too high. The most typical cause is a bad device driver (one that uses improper addresses). It can also be caused by caused by faulty or mismatched RAM, or a damaged pagefile.

Typically, a .dmp file is created when BSODs occur. I suggest doing a search of your system for such (Start/Search...type *.dmp and begin) for such a file or files.

Once found, try to follow the procedures outlined at Help Diagnosing BSODs And Crashes (BC) - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/176011/how-to-receive-help-diagnosing-blue-screens-and-windows-crashes/

I guess that I don't comprehend the problem.

If you purchased on the Internet...then you received a download of the program. That download can be used to reinstall the program any number of times, the only restriction when purchasing programs online (typically) involves the time/number of times allowed a user to download from the developer's website.

What am I not understanding?
