Hi guys, I'm a newbie here

Anyhow I'll get straight to my prob, hopefully someone can help. I recently tried hooking up my PC to my "Sylvania" TV through a 4-pin S-Video Cable. It turns out neither my TV nor my PC is recognizing it. Along with that, I can't change two of the options in the Display > Settings Tab, heres a pic. Posted Image

Anyhow, please help me out guys. As you can see from the Screenshot, I have a RADEON X600 (pretty old).

Thanks again!

Did you click on the little blue box labeled "2"? That represents a second monitor. Click on it to change settings and enable the second monitor.

Yeah, every time I click on the "2" box, and check the box saying "Extend my Windows desktop onto this Monitor" and click Apply, the "2" box turns gray again.
