would someone running win 98 please read? Preferrably a mod

ok, i have discovered that win 98 has a file in the system which will allow me to run my pc cam if i go to warnertechnologies and dl the update. As I am running xp, i do not have this file set in cache...soo...if someone running win 98 knows how to find, copy and post this file set, and would do so, i will install it to my pc and things should be just peachy...thanks a lot
