where can i find updates for my driver devices like the motherboard and graphics and sound and all? is there any free programs that would check and then install the update?

Not that im aware of.
Download EVEREST Ultimate edition and it will tell you almost every detail about your comp

Generally speaking...if all devices are functioning as they should...there is no reason to seek driver updates, IMO.
