Posted 23 August 2009 - 10:51 AM

I have spent a few days trying to remove some malware infection. Current anti-virus is Panda which was quarantining the malware and the problems began when I deleted it from Panda. Now, each time I use a search engine, mostly Google, when a link is clicked another browser window opens and redirects to another site. I tried to download Spybot s&d but have yet been unable to install it. Error Message: Error sending request. The server name or address could not be resolved. This happens even if I try and change the name of th programme during installation and I have tried renaming the exe file.

I have run Ad-aware and scanned using Zonealarm. I have installed Malwarebytes and Super anti-spyware but when I try running these nothing happens. I have followed all the steps in the preparation guide and hope someone can help me.

Thank you
