I bought The Print Shop 23 from Broderbund last night. I did the complete install of the program and when I double click the program, I get a window telling me that it can't create a directory.
C:\Users\CJNegron\AppData\Local\Broderdund Software\Print\The Print Shop\23.0

OMG! They have crappiest product support that I've ever used from any company. I already placed a question, but haven't received any type of answer. Another client was having a similar problem and their answer was that the problem was that TPS was incompatible with win xp in spanish.

Try using the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility to clean up any leftovers from the botched installation and do a fresh install
