I'm running XP SP3 with IE 8.0 and Outlook Express 6.0. Lately I've been having a freeze up when I click on a Link from an e-mail. Some work , some don't. ALT, CTRL, DELETE tells me that the program is not responding but it won't shut down immediately. IT takes about 5 minutes. I can still use IE and look at my other e-mails and browse if I minus out the screen that is frozen. (New screen pops up to go to the link, which is normal). I only click on trusted sites. Today, I tried to use A Norton Antivirus Survey link that was sent because I needed help with their anti virus program. Again the screen froze and I had to minus out to continue. It also happens with UTube among others.
