My niece has win32/cryptor and has no maleware removal on her computer. AVG will not remove it. It gives a message that forced removal could cause system crash. She also can't connect to the internet. The only file that it shows in is

windows/sys32/Izzzgdu.dll

The file can't be deleted. It says make sure disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use.

It is a gateway computer and she is running windows xp.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
