windows vista cannot update

hello all i want to ask a suggestion about this windows vista update i have this problem for 4 month from april 2009 the was an error when i try to update

then after i check windows help its says BITS (Background Intelligent Tranfer Service) is not started
so i go there and do what the help instruction to do next then
after that i make sure it goes to automatic (delay) and then click start
but then an error 1068 appear cannot start the services

is the any suggestion on how to enable bits or start the servise
or anything that comes in mind ill accept anything

Dependencies, COM+Event System and Remote Procedure Call need to be also running (Automatic).

Hopefully that will be it but have a look here if not http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums...c5-481c01ee8ec2 so removing dependencies is needed even with all services running!
