Redirect virus

I would appear that my daughters pc (Vista ultimate sp1)has been infected with a virus that redirects ie and ff plus the laptop is extremelly slow. I have run malwarebytes, combofix etc to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello

Download DDS

Please disable any anti-malware program that will block scripts from running before running DDS.

Please downloadDDS from one of the links below and save it to your desktop:

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from Link1

Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.
  • When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
    • DDS.txt
    • Attach.txt
  • Save both reports to your desktop.
