Sorry for my last post.I am new user so i seriously don't know how to post my problems.
So the problem is i can't access internet.When i start IE or Firefox, it shows 'connection could not be established'
So anyhow i started it, when i went to youtube,video screen shows 'An error occured,try again later'
I cant access any site, it does not get connected after that...
Please help me.......

System manufacturer (e.g., Dell, Gateway, eMachines, HP, etc.) and system model (Dimension 1234, T3532, etc.)?

Is your Internet access working or not?

No i can't access my Internet.When i open firefox and enter any web address, nothing happeneswindow remains as it is.When i open IE, window shows 'this page could not be displayed''
I don't understand what to do.
My laptop is Dell Inspiron 1545.
what should i do?
