My computer found the following viruses "Packed.Generic.200", "Packed.Generic.237", and "Trojan.Fakeavalert." I just ran Flash Disinfector and mbam. Mbam found "Trojan.FakeAlert" in my registry and it Quarantined and deleted it successfully.

How do I remove these viruses without messing up any of the needed settings? I am running Windows XP Pro SP3. I have Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition, Spybot Search & Destroy, and Windows Defender for anti-viral programs.

Run another scan with Malwarebytes and post the log.
The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
