Need some help please....
I want to disable swhelper.exe which I accidently enabled while accessing a game on yahoo...

It is NOT in the start menu.. this from a file I found on bleeping computer:

Command: C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\SHOCKW~1\SWHELP~2.exe
Description: Used by Shockware to check for and install new updates.
File Location: C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\SHOCKWAVE\SWHELPER.exe
Startup Type: This startup entry is started automatically from a Run, RunOnce, RunServices, or RunServicesOnce entry in the registry.

I think I found it in the runeonce part of the registry.. can I just delete it without screwing up anything else? and .. how do I delete it? New to messing with the registry and a bit apprehensive.
