Ok I am a Novice when it comes to computers and Am currently running in Safe mode with networking so i can get online

My issue is I have run Mcafee over and over in both normal and safe mode. It has told me that it has been removed but when I run a scan again its there again. Ever since I have gotten this virus on my computer I can not open up any Browsers in normal mode and it randomly give me a Blue memory dump screen.

What should someone with very little computer experience do to get rid of this issue and be able to go back to his normal computer use?
