The virus's started from before when I didnt have internet protection, I share my computer with my brother and he visits a lot of social networking sites like myspace etc. Iv run 3 trend micro secure scans the last couple of days and iv finally removed all the virus's except for 3 which trend micro CANT remove, I clicked fix on them but it only quarantined one of them and the others are still there, the virus is called crypt_vundo19 or something and ever since I quarantined one of them I cannot shut down my computer via start shutdown. Im desperate I need help, now my internet isnt working correctly either, I got a steady speed of 150kb/s now im lucky to get 20. I did a system tune with trend micro and it removed a load of cookies/startup programs and gave me more hard drive space, it helped a little my computer runs slightly faster but my internet is still incredibly slow. Maybe I have more virus's than my scan can find, also I cant update anything nor can I access the Microsoft system-scan from there website, when I do update my computer and restart the update isnt there. When I do use the internet I get many re-directs to bad sites and pop-ups even when im not using the internet. Lastly sometimes it seems like trend micro is sabotaging my computer, everything will freeze up and when I start shutting down all my programs Im currently running, whenever I shut down trend micro internet protection my computer goes back to its normal state.

Heres a hijackthis log, maybe it can help, I dont know what any of these processes are so some help would be much appreciated.
