I recently upgraded to internet explorer 8 and two days after I had done so, Msn took over my homepage and my search bar. Around the same time, my wireless internet quit working. It will give me the message that it has 'limited or no connectivity' or else when I try to repair it it tells me that my ip address doesnt match up with the routers settings.
I have downloaded malwarebytes and ran it- nothing came up.
I also ran spybot search and destroy- A few things popped up, i removed them but I am still having the same problems
Please help and thanks in advance

Uninstalling MSN...is one of my first tasks when I do a clean install. IMO, it adds nothing to a system and takes away a few things.

As for your connection...have you tried setting it up from scratch, using the Network Connection Wizard?
