Hey, I've looked at all of the posts & tried everything. The realtec download for the audio driver never completes--starts to download & then after it should be finishing says windows will not complete the download or some nonsense. My audio will work if I put a cd in, but not on jango or any other music website. As a matter of fact, when I even try to open one of these websites, my computer freezes up & hangs on that website. It was working perfectly yesterday & I can't figure out what's causing this. Thanks for you help Oh, and please--could you "dumb it down" for me with your answers? I'm lost when it comes to computers! Thanks!

Have you run any scan to see if you have an infection? Try running a few of the online scans.
