My laptop recently became infected with the Windows Antivirus Pro virus and was really messed up. In the process of trying to remove it i had to shut down my computer because it froze. When i started it back up again, when i got to the screen with the Windows XP logo and the loading bar, a blue screen quickly appeared for about a second and then my computer restarts itself. This loop continues over and over. I tried running in safe mode but again this blue screen appears and it restarts. Is my computer completely useless now or is there a way to get around this?? I appreciate any help. I am not great with computers so any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!! I am typing this from a different laptop because the other one is useless to me right now.
