BAD_POOL_CALLER BSOD

hey guys im having a little issue in win7x64 that i didn't have in the very short time i ran vista.
out of nowhere my computer has blue screened with the error message "bad_pool_caller" twice in 24 hours
unfortunately i did not get the specifics but the checkdisk ran successfully twice without any issues.

my current system is a dell studio xps 1640 running windows 7 ultimate x64 from clean install.

Did you check the system logs at all?
