Hello, many people have problems with installing Internet Explorer for some reason. Well if it says, "An error has occured while copying file Custsat.dll" I would suggest you go in safemode and try to install it. If that doesn't work try installing another browser that is much safer than Internet Explorer. Go here, and install firefox Firefox Download. if this links doesn't work head on over to Mozilla to download firefox. Good luck!
