Title says it all, when I try to type in cmd in run it says Command Prompt has encountered a problem and needs to be closed.
But that's not all, whenever I log onto the computer the taskbar and the desktop icons are gone. I used start>explorer. But I have to do it everytime I log on.
And every few minutes some poker ads come up. It also says Veryfy Class ID has encountered a problem and needs to be closed. This error message just keeps popping up about almost every program I use including WinRAR and Iexplore.
I have tried to run dds but another error message comes up saying Command Prompt has encounter a problem and needs to be closed.
I beg you to help me!

In the login screen, instead of choosing user it's black background with a login box(where you have to type your username instead of just choosing)
When I login the taskbar and the desktop icon is gone. I have to go to task manager and type in explorer in run everytime I log on.
Every few minutes some ads (mainly poker) come up.
Whenever I try to run .exe program such as command prompt, iexplore, winrar, it'll say ....has encountered a problem and needs to be closed.
