I have never done any recording to cd's or dvd's on my computer so I am pretty much ignorant on the subject. But I have just downloaded a 1GB zip file of an instructional dvd. How or can this zip file be unzipped directly to a dvd?

What format is the file(s) inside the ZIP file?
