blue screen error - driver error?

I sometimes get the following blue screen error:

BCCode : 100000d1 BCP1 : E20C4000 BCP2 : 00000002 BCP3 : 00000000
BCP4 : F0A19E85 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 768_1

It recovers from the "serious system error", but without enough time to read the blue screen.
